NAIGRAPH

The compliance impact graph

When a rule or a company changes, see what it touches.

NAIGRAPH links your regulations, policies and contracts, and your customers and the companies behind them, into one graph. When a rule is amended or a company is sanctioned, it shows which clauses and which customers are affected, with the source of every link. The graph is built without a model, so a rerun gives the same answer, and it runs on your own servers.

What changed

Circular 2026 on corporate income tax replaces Circular 2020

Art. 1The corporate income tax rate is 20% 17% for the tax year.

What it reaches

  • Transfer pricing policySec. 4.2Quotes the 20% rate in its worked example.
  • Supplier contract templateCl. 11Tax clause refers to the replaced article.
  • Annual report 2025Note 7Deferred tax computed at the old rate.

Same documents, same list, every time it is run.

0.95
of the internal documents it flagged were truly affected, across 20 change cases on real Vietnamese statutes
1.00
of the truly affected internal documents were found, in the same test

Measured on our test set of 29 real Vietnamese statutes and 44 sample internal documents. Your documents will differ, so in a pilot we measure on yours.

Made for work where a wrong answer is expensive

  • Legal and compliance
  • Banking and insurance
  • Public sector
  • Healthcare
  • Manufacturing
  • Professional services

Built for work where a change has consequences

NAIGRAPH is designed so that every answer and every impact can be checked, rerun and quoted.

Find the impact

  • See what a change reaches

Pick a document and NAIGRAPH lists every other document, article and clause that depends on it. A new circular, an amended contract or a revised policy stops being a guess about what else must change.

  • Old rules are marked and the change is shown

When a newer document replaces an older rule, the old passage is marked as replaced. Open the new version and read what it removed and added, article by article.

  • Sources down to the clause and the table

Every answer links to its source: the article, the clause or the table it came from. A table is kept whole with its header, so a figure is not separated from the column that explains it.

  • Ask in one language, find in another

Ask in Vietnamese and find the answer in English or German documents. Vietnamese legal documents are understood down to the Điều and Khoản.

  • Old names and other names still match

Tell an area that two names mean the same thing: an old law name and its new one, a dialect word, a Sino Vietnamese term or an English term. Questions then find the passage under either name.

Prove it to an auditor

  • Same documents, same result

Results are built without any AI model. Rebuild them tomorrow and you get the same graph, word for word. An auditor can rerun it and see what you saw.

  • A signed receipt for every answer

An answer can come with a receipt signed by your own installation. It records what the answer rested on. Months later anyone can check that nothing was changed and ask the same question again.

  • Ten copies count as one source

When an answer rests on the same text copied into several files, NAIGRAPH counts those copies as one source. You see how many independent documents really support it.

  • A person signs off, and the record shows it

Documents and links can be marked as reviewed, approved or rejected. Rules can say which questions may use only approved material, and a review queue shows what is waiting.

  • It tells you when it does not know

If your documents do not clearly support an answer, NAIGRAPH says so instead of guessing. It does not write an answer your documents cannot back up.

Keep it yours

  • Each customer kept separate

Every customer's documents, indexes and files are kept apart from everyone else's. The engine enforces this and our automated tests check it.

  • Runs on your own hardware

Works on standard servers with no GPU and no outside database. Your documents stay on your own infrastructure.

How NAIGRAPH differs from document chat

  • When a rule changes

    Typical document chat
Nothing. You search again and hope
    NAIGRAPH
Lists every document and clause the change reaches
  • When a rule has been replaced

    Typical document chat
Quotes whichever version it finds first
    NAIGRAPH
Marks the old rule as replaced and shows the exact wording that changed
  • When the answer is not in the documents

    Typical document chat
    Writes a confident paragraph anyway
    NAIGRAPH
Tells you it is not there and writes nothing
  • How the knowledge is built

    Typical document chat
A model reads your documents and may read them differently next time
    NAIGRAPH
Built without a model, so the same documents give the same result every time
  • Sources

    Typical document chat
Points to a whole document, sometimes the wrong one
    NAIGRAPH
Points to the article, clause or table, and you can open the source
  • Where it runs

    Typical document chat
    The vendor's cloud
    NAIGRAPH
    Your servers, no GPU needed

Common questions

Do our documents leave our infrastructure?

No. The engine, the index and the files all run on servers you control. Rewriting answers in plain language with a language model is optional, off by default, and uses your own provider account if you turn it on.

Can it tell us which of our own policies and contracts a new regulation touches?

Yes. Pick the regulation that changed and NAIGRAPH lists the policies, procedures and contracts it reaches, clause by clause, grouped by area.

Does it need an AI model to understand our documents?

No. Finding and linking work without any AI model, so the same documents give the same result and an auditor can rerun it. A language model is used only if you turn on the optional plain language rewriting, and it does not change what was found.

Does it work with Vietnamese regulatory requirements on AI?

It is built for them. Every output is traced to the source clause, nothing leaves your infrastructure, and the impact and change views can be rerun and checked by a person before they carry weight.

Which file formats are supported?

PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other spreadsheets, CSV, HTML, plain text and scanned documents. Tables are kept whole with their header.

Which languages?

Questions and documents in many languages, including asking in one and finding in another. Vietnamese legal documents are understood out of the box.

How is it installed?

One service plus the web workspace, as a container image or a single program. Most teams are up and running in under an hour.

Can it learn from our team?

Yes. Feedback on answers improves results for your own workspace only. Nothing needs retraining.

Is there an audit trail?

Every question with the clauses it cited, every answer a person confirmed as reviewed, and every change to the documents is on an append-only record you can filter and download as a file. Programs connect with API keys that cannot change the account, and a folder on your server can be watched so new and changed files arrive on their own.

Can an auditor check an answer months later?

Yes. Ask for a receipt with the answer. The receipt is signed by your installation and names the passages the answer used. Anyone can verify the signature later and replay the question. If a source document was replaced since, the receipt says which one.
